How does the payment happen?
Payment on our platform takes place in several stages:
- After adding the Item to the Shopping Bag, the system will automatically prompt you to proceed to checkout.
- Fill in the general information, enter the address and specify the time at which you will be able to receive the courier.
- Click the "Checkout" button and enter the card details. Do not forget to specify the promo code if available.
- So, you have paid for the order! The funds in your account are frozen, and will be transferred to the seller only after the goods get to you.
- Now it's the seller's turn – he must confirm the sale. If the seller is unable to confirm the transaction for any reason, Oskelly will unfreeze your funds and they will be returned to the account immediately (at least within 24 hours).
