Why was my order cancelled?
An order for Oskelly can be canceled in two cases:
- If the seller does not confirm the transaction. This can happen in a situation when the sale is no longer relevant for the seller, and he did not have time to hide the Item from the platform or update the information about the lot.
- It is extremely rare that our managers cancel the order if they cannot contact the seller for a long time, or when the seller cannot promptly transfer the Item to the courier.
Please do not be upset if this has happened. There are hundreds of thousands of other Items in our assortment, and among them you will definitely find something that you will like!
