I can't log in to my account, what should I do?
You can log in to the Oskelly Personal Account using your username and password or using your personal accounts on social networks.
Login and password authorization
- Check the spelling of the username and password.
- Make sure that you enter the data in the "Authorization" field, and not in the "Account Registration" block. Please note that in the first option, the system asks you to specify only email and password, while in the second option, you need to specify the user Name.
- Make sure that you enter the same email address that you specified when registering your profile.
- If the above actions did not help, request password recovery. To reset your password, it is important to specify exactly the email address to which you registered your account. We will send instructions for recovery to this email.
- If the recovery instructions have not arrived, it may mean that you have registered your account to another email. In this case, you should write to the Support chat.
