If I don't like the Item, can I return it?
If you have placed an order with a seller marked "Boutique" and want to return the goods, then after receiving the parcel you will have exactly 3 days to make a refund. To do this, you need to contact our Customer Support. Specialists will send a courier to you, deliver the Item back to our office so that we can check its condition, and after that the funds will be credited to your account. Please note that a refund is only possible if you still have all the brand and Oskelly tags, as well as the full original set (including packaging) with which the Item was sold.
Items purchased from private sellers on Oskelly are non-refundable. Therefore, before buying, we advise you to ask the seller for as much additional information as possible so that you can make sure that this lot is exactly what you need. But even if you don't like the Item in the end, you can always put it on our platform and find a new owner for it, who will like this Item!
