What should I do if the app doesn't work?

  • Check your internet connection. Most of the functions of our service (Stories, Stream Sale, as well as order payment) require a stable connection.
  • Newer versions of the operating system are required for stable operation of the service - 13 version is needed for iOS version.
  • In rare cases, the application may slow down due to technical work and service improvements.
