Why was my sale canceled when the Item was already delivered to the Oskelly office?
If your Item has arrived at our office, and at this stage the sale is canceled, this can happen for two reasons. Or the Item has not passed the condition examination and does not correspond to the description stated in the lot card. Either the Item has not been authenticated and has been recognized as a fake. Please do not worry – our manager will contact you in any case, tell you how to deal with the current situation, and help resolve disputes.
