A situation in which, after passing all the stages of the examination, a fake will still fall into your hands is almost impossible, since all orders undergo a multi-level verification. If it seems to you that you did not get your hands on the original Item, and you would like to request a re-examination, contact our Customer Support. Specify the order number and a brief description of the details that confuse you by attaching a photo. Our managers will contact you and make a decision on the appointment of a re-examination and, if necessary, appoint a pick-up of the goods for additional inspection. However, in order for this to be possible, make sure that our branded tag/sticker and certificate are preserved on the Item.
