How to return an item purchased from a boutique?
If you have placed an order with a seller marked "Boutique" and want to return the goods, then after receiving the parcel you will have exactly 3 days to make a refund. To do this, you need to contact our Customer Support. Managers will send a courier to you, deliver the Item back to our office so that we can check its condition. After that, the specialists will ask you for the details to which the refund will be made. Please double-check your card details in advance to avoid delays.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that a refund is possible only if you still have all the brand and Oskelly tags, as well as the full original set (including packaging) with which the Item was sold.
