How quickly will I get my money back after canceling the order?
We draw your attention to the fact that after payment we do not withdraw funds from your account: they are frozen (held). After canceling the order, the funds will be immediately unfrozen and immediately returned to your card. At least within 24 hours. Most likely, the bank will not send you a notification that the funds have been unfrozen. Therefore, please check the bank's mobile app manually to make sure that the funds are returned to you! In this case, the mention of the operation will disappear from your bank statement. But even if this did not happen and the funds were not unfrozen, there is no reason to panic – write to our Customer Support and we will solve the problem as soon as possible!
